About Us

We are an independent business based in the small historical market town of Skipton, situated in the North Yorkshire Dales. I am the only one here, so if you get the answerphone please leave a message, I will probably be at the storage packing orders to go out, but I will ring you back.  Customer service is the top of my list of priorities!!

Until recently we were based in a retail shop which had sold baskets for over twenty years and we have owned since 2004. In September 2008 we closed the shop (our landlord increased our rent by 50%), and are now concentrating on the website.  In 2009 we hope to attend some country fairs and will update the website with a list of where we will be. 

The baskets that we stock mainly come from China, but we do have a range of Fair Trade baskets from Cambodia.  Our range is much larger than shown on this website, so if there is something specific you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will endeavour to find a suitable basket.
